Join Judith for a 45-minute session to get your body moving in a variety of ways (e.g. Pilates, Cardiovascular Fitness, Flexibility and Strength Training)

Every Tuesday 19:00 – 19:30 #CheckInChoosday (with meditation)

In case you missed our #MondayUnite gathering, you have a chance to join us for more conversations, laughter and inspiration on #CheckInChoosday, which will always include a guided meditation.

Every Friday 09.00am – 10.00am #JustYoga

Join Judith for a 60-minute yoga session, which can extend to 75 minutes on occasion. All levels welcome.

All sessions are delivered online via Zoom.

All of our offerings are free of charge with the option to donate to our mission.
