Earlier this month we recorded the third instalment of our #MenToo Roundtable. A platform designed to encourage men to start expressing their thoughts and feelings openly and honestly.

The topic of conversation this time was the changing definition of a man’s role in society today.

Join us for the 10-day #feelgoodchallenge!

It’s simple…

Each day for 10 consecutive days, ask yourself: What can I do today to make myself feel good?

Note down what you did (write it down or voice record, whatever feels most comfortable) and share it with others via social media platforms and in person. 🙂

Today we discuss the upcoming 8-week Action for Happiness course which we are facilitating in Reading/UK from 10th September 2019.

We provide an overview of what to expect from this ‘Exploring What Matters’ course which deals with the big questions around happiness and how we can lead happier lives.

You can book your place via this link:

Alexandra is sharing with Judith, what today, 4th June, means to her and why she calls it her ‘Celebration of Life’ day. An honest conversation about life and its challenges.

Judith and Alexandra are joined by two wonderful ladies for an impromptu free flow podcast session, which was completely unexpected. Sometimes the best things in life are the ones we didn’t plan for. 🙂

The two guests are:

Hannah Skalleberg: A US student, currently in the UK to set up her research project, that is intended to create a cultural consensus model of British beliefs about chronic pain and pain management. The purpose for this project is to address an identified gap in the international understanding of chronic pain management in western biomedicine (for example, the National Pain Audit by the British Pain Society in 2013, identified a need for a better understanding of multidisciplinary care).

Lynette Greenaway: Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Facilitator of Sister Stories (a circle for women), Energy for Life Wellness Coach and Mentor for newly qualified Yoga Teachers

Our Sh*t is Universal series features conversations with a wide variety of interesting individuals who are sharing their inspiring self-care stories with us.

In this episode we are talking to Joy Golding, owner of Radiant Body Yoga, who also happens to be one of our core members in the role of Chief Content Creator.

Joy has a wealth of information to share when it comes to holistic self-care, not only because she is a dedicated Yogi and Ayurvedic Practitioner but also because she is a cancer survivor. Her story is both inspiring and empowering.

Everyone is dealing with sh*t. In this podcast Judith and Alexandra discuss the ‘Sh*t is Universal’ theme and what it means to both of them.

Our Sh*t is Universal series features conversations with a wide variety of interesting individuals who are sharing their inspiring self-care stories with us.

In this episode we are talking to Owen Morgan from the World Health Heroes, a great company, which unfortunately had to stop trading at the beginning of this month. We are honoured to be the first ones to interview Owen since WHH closed its doors. This interview is filled with nuggets of wisdom and self-care tips.

Our first ever podcast will talk about our upcoming membership site, You Happy First Unite. We will also give you a little bit of background about ourselves.
